So I just get to Hearthstone and see this:

>l[Hearthstone, Courtyard]
Before you stands a grand old manor, framed by huge willows to the east and west. The elegant trees sway gently in the moonlight, dappling the cobblestone courtyard with ever-shifting patterns of light and dark. Snippets of conversation drift away from the long porch stretching along the full width of the great old house, as several guests enjoy the hospitality and ambience of this fine hideaway. You also see a rolton pelt, an oversized mahogany wagon, a black ebonwood wagon, the porch steps and a hollow tree stump.
Also here: Melorra, Sunseek
Obvious paths: south

>(Melorra holds the carrot out on a flat palm for the horse, still looking rather amazed that she managed to find anything at all.)

>l meloYou see Melorra Tirentha the Squire.
She appears to be a Human.
She is average height and appears to be youthful. She has sparkling azure blue eyes and freckled skin. She has long, voluminous midnight-hued hair skillfully interwoven with several slender braids, a handful of which are adorned with beads of dusky blue glass and bright vaalin. She has a delicate face and rosy cheeks.
She has a tiny blue dragon tattoo inked on her cheekbone beneath her right eye, and a thin blue diamond ring in the upper ridge of her left ear.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a wild carrot in her right hand.
She is wearing a charred ivory white longcoat, a sapphire-eyed mithril dragon armband, a fitted silver-threaded bodice, a glaes-latched dark leather satchel, a veniom-inlaid rolaren tower shield, some interwoven blue veniom and black leather scale armor, a dagger-tooled leather arm bracer, a bone white chalcedony ring, a polished black leather sword-belt with a mammoth tusk-hilted broadsword hanging from it, some supple black leather pants, and a pair of soot-hued suede boots with small blackened buckles.

Then I of course get on AIM to send the snippet to all the other roleplayers so we can commiserate and post on the bad roleplaying moments thread so I miss this:

>One of the horses snuffles at Melorra's palm, gently taking the carrot.
>A gentle breeze drifts in, carrying with it the sweet perfume of roses and lilac.
>Melorra smiles quietly to herself.

>Lord Pugot just arrived.

Someone on AIMs suggest I report the OOC act, not a bad idea

report (Melorra holds the carrot out on a flat palm for the horse, still looking rather amazed that she managed to find anything at all.) (Melorra finger-combs the horse's forelock gently.) I'm about to have my ACT dragon eat her ACT horse!

SEND[Naos] You might want to look closely at the wagons there.

>l on wagons
I could not find what you were referring to.

>l wagon
Like a small cottage on wheels, the oversized wagon is built of thick planks of dark mahogany capped with a roof of dark green oak shingles. At the front of the wagon, a short step ladder leads up to the cushioned driver's seat. Three short steps lead up to an iron-hinged carven oak door set into the rear of the mahogany wagon, with a cast iron lantern hanging just above it.

The wagon's awning is propped open by two long wooden poles. You notice some wooden pegs bearing various satchels and kits, some iron hooks bearing a variety of tunics, a large case packed full of bandages, and a velvet-lined wooden box containing whetstones.

l other wagon
Drawn by a matched pair of huge black draft horses, (whoops) the wooden wagon is tall enough for a giant to stand upright, but otherwise quite compact. The construction resembles that of a carriage, with twin windows to either side of the padded driver's seat. Chips of flawed amethyst have been used to delineate the image of an enormous purple rose at the rear of the wagon. Every trapping is dyed deep black, with only the tiniest accents of silver.

SEND[Vesmera] Not to mention it literally just ate the carrot off her palm! You need to be more aware of your gaming environment! :P

...departing in 14 mins...

A tremendous crack of thunder follows instantly!
>
> * Chivalrous just bit the dust!

>One of the dark horses releases a shrill, trumpeting whinny.
>Pugot raises a hand while murmuring a soft orison...
>Pugot gestures at you.
You feel a tingle on your soul, as if a powerful hand is gently cradling it.
(Thy soul is bound to thy body for an extra 10 minutes and 30 seconds.)

>Pugot asks, "You ok?"

>You say, "Well."

>Melorra frowns.
>You say, "I'm dead."

SEND[Naos] That was so NOT me. Thanks. :)

>Pugot appears to be preparing to attempt dragging you.

SEND[Khaladon] It was me. It could have been worse. My first impulse was to have monkeys come by, freeze your brain, and scoop it like ice creme

>With a shake of its shaggy head, one of the huge black horses gives a nervous whicker.

>report Wow, Khaladon, you're the one in charge of mischief? Now that's a shocker! And thanks for at least leaving chiv with his dignity.

SEND[Khaladon] But you wanted a labotomy, and as someone once said said, its better a bottle in front of me then a frontal labotamy.

>

SEND[Naos] Mmm...ice cream...

Hah, so like I said in the bad roleplaying moments folder, I feel like a right ass.

Funny. Goes to show you, and us, that not every act is stupid.

LOL, love it. Thank you for sharing. I recently had a debate with a couple of friends about horses existing in Elanthia when a wagon showed up pulled by horses. It was completely random because the debate was on aim, not in the game. Quite amusing.

Thanks for the read :) Loved seeing the horses there when I came back in game and was wondering why that was a bad act (other than making it so we knew why she looked amazed) when I realized you didn't know they were there.

Glad you had such a sense of humor about it. ;)

omg

I want to see the ancient race of feral ice cream zombified monkeys being summoned. From afar.
