Thats just wrong. Oddly enough there isn't the word miserable anywhere inside the page linked.

Actually, in the first 9 pages out of 10, are all about Bush...

No. It's actually the WHITEHOUSE's biography of Bush. Some Techie must not like him there. miserable failure must be in the meta tags because it isn't in the page itself

It's not in the meta tags. I checked for that too. Someone at Google or something made his name linked to one or both of the keywords "miserable failure".
