The purpose of this thread is to provide feedback on transactions made with other Players Corner members.

I'd like to see it used for Good or Bad feedback about someone you have had a transaction with, so someone would be able to reference this thread to see if the person they would like to deal with is trustworthy or someone you should probably be careful with.


One person that sticks out in my mind who you would not want to deal with is Zimzum, based on another thread.


One person I consider a trustworthy merchant, would be Blazing247.

I had a very positive experience with Onrub and Sergey after paypal flagged my account for fraudulent activity and put a hold on payments. They were initially shocked and thought they had been scammed (understandbly so) but both were patient and worked with me and paypal to get the issue resolved.

My personal preference would be to list merchants you've had quality transactions with, or those who have scammed/cheated/etc. allowing other people to know who, and who not to deal with.

I am not sure i've been scammed, but I have concerns. I purchased a character the other day from alicorn1369, money was sent tues eve.
He's been on since then because i happened to see him on when i logged, onto the site. Yet I havent gotten a email or response from him. If he follows through i'd be happy to post a update and move on.

GOOD EXPERIENCES
Ive had great experiences with Budartagnan and Insodus, quick responses and follow through. I purchased a fish spine sword from Insodus, and even though he typo'd his buyout on it, he still honored what he had posted and sold to me. Absolutely respect that guy.

I don't know if you're just being paranoid, as I didn't buy a character from this guy. But I bought his 7.5m for $70 not long ago and he delivered the coins immediately. Seemed pretty trustworthy in my experience.

Tsin has the goods, He just will inflate prices and lie directly to you about what an items has. He is a scoundrel in that regard. If you deal with him, you will find your asshole bleeding when you are done. You will be holding a nice item though.

On the other side, I am not sure. i havent sold to him. I know what items are worth and he won't pay that. It must be how he made his living. Not sure how he is doing financially now with Gemstone's depressed market. I hate to see anyone go homeless because their income dried up. I recommend a part time job at McDonalds to help make ends meet.

Sergey was always very fast and reliable with deliveries, Onurb was able to work around my not being able to play due to my deployment by delivering to a person that I am trusting to hold some things, and AestheticDeath is being very understanding of my situation and is going out of his way to work with me on multiple purchases that I am making and will be picking up when I am back in the States. I highly reccomend all 3 of them.

I've bought armor from Tsin at a decent price and it was delivered without incident. I wouldn't vouch for the guy, but I never had any qualms with him.

Tsin - he has his good and bad moments. I haven't ever gotten scammed by him, but I also shop smart. He's got good shit, you just have to be willing to deal with some BS that goes with it.

I had a friend of mine have a bad dealing with Composer.

Basically it came down to Composer owing the rest of a balance of 15M(Or some such) and he didn't pay for 6months+. Finally my friend had to refund the initial partial payment and get the item back from him after several discussions.

During that 6 months Composer was seen to be buying and selling several items (over 5M range). So it wasn't a matter of not having the coins, which I could understand, but not wanting to.

I've dealt with Sergey & co a few times too - always great. I had a problem once with properties of an item, and it took him literally 5 seconds to refund my money. I was very impressed.

Which come to find out, does not give living zests that anyone can see except yourself and tried to tell me "oh when I said self zested LIVING I meant "self" as in "you"....YOU see the zests" When I took my money back I got "yeah well, I won't ever be doing business with you again bud." And got pissed at me for it. This is after I've done several deals with him (selling him a mithril claid for 3.5 because he was supposedly completely broke and needed it to give as a gift to a friend). And because I'd known him for a while and considered him myself, somewhat of a friend...and also because he hounded me about it all night giving sob story after sob story and wouldn't leave it alone. It was just....blew me away basically when he acted that way about the bracelet and said screw me basically. I'd always known he acted a bit shady, I would just joke and ask him if he sold tsin to widgets and bought tijay lol....but I had no idea he was like this.

You pretty much described my relationship with Tijay. I did some deals with him and he overcharged, but I didn't care that much. It wasn't until later that he started doing REALLY shady things, like using my name to bid on his items. I spent over 15 million easy with the guy...I didn't think he would behave like this. And the thing about being broke is hilarious. He was always saying he was broke. Every day he is selling, and every day he is broke. He is either the worst merchant ever or a liar. I would vote for both, but if I only get 1 vote, I vote for liar.

1) I spent quite a bit on thrakmas gifts for my friend, 1 was that claid. Have I resold it? No. It's in a locker, awaiting pickup. Have I been selling silvers, as I did before EG? No.
2) The truthie bracelet does have it's own zests. I didn't know they were only to you, but you confirmed that since you MA, and I don't. So that was news to me. I know little about the truthie item sets, as I said. Other than the fact that there are truthies that don't script on their own, they only react to light/dark spells from the Major spirit circle. I told you it lit up, grew in light, went down, all on it's own, based on the environment. I got aggravated at you because you called me shady. I handed you your coin back the second you doubted the item. Going to say I ripped you off? I doubt it. I had no problem with fixing the deal so the customer didn't feel screwed. And I didn't price it. I told YOU to price it because I had no knowledge of those glowy items. The fact you insinuated I was running anything scammish is just enough to make me not wanna deal with you, The-Pwny-Express. Oh, and feel free to send me back half the items you purchased on BO's that I received higher offers on. Like that lootbag. I'd love to make an extra 1.5mil off of it. An offer which I got the day AFTER I sold it to you.
3) My silvers situation is bleak. I ran that auction off my lockers, and friend's lockers. Anyone who has inquired, has gotten the same response. I get 10% off any item sale not of my possession because I catalogued it and put it up. No skin off my back since I was doing an auction anyways. Every customer that received an item not from my lockers knew this.
4) Reawing, you and I did a TON of business. Tons. Pre-EG. And you named the prices most of the time. Not me. You think I'm not broke? So don't buy anything. You don't see me buying anything, and when I do, there's a specific reason, and it's never resale. I know for a fact any item I've bought for a present, isn't on the block to resell. At all. And, Reawing, you got mad when you got outbid on an item by someone IG, and when supplied with the name IG, I doubt you tracked them down, you just got pissed. Least, that's the last time you talked to me. Up until then we were all friendly with each other. Yeah right, you spend 15mil on my wares and you think I'm going to jerk you over on a 500k item? /Agree. BTW, my issue with Beldonn is the only merchant issue I have had since I restarted playing gemstone. I agree with the positive reps about everyone else. I've done, a lot of business with Briarfox, Belnia, yourself and lots of others, and not 1 problem.

Just fyi, the stat bonus item you bid like 600k on, i have a 900k offer on. It took me a few days to find it because my friend had it, and his account got shut off. pardon the delays. It's my fault. I got it back now, and since you were the bidder before the final closure notice, you are allowed to get a final offer in to take the item. your call. Good luck if you bid, or if you don't. No biggie!

You edited out the original sale so no items are there to bid on. Not to mention I didn't bid 600k on any of your enhancives, you are mistaken or phishing. If you DID in fact have a 900k offer on it, then why would you re-offer it to me for 600k? Now I believe you're phishing. Not to mention I never bid 600k on any of your enhancives...

Just because someone isn't active now does not mean they aren't a merchant. Kitsun is in OTF like 23 1/2 hours a day but he's still a great merchant. Ardwen hasn't sold anything since a 4x DB hairpick in '78, but he is still a great merchant.

Also, being a douchebag in general in sales is not going to get you a good reputation. Telling someone their 7x shield isn't worth 3.5 then selling one for 8 or 9.....You ( in general ) get the point. :)

I had an issue with Beldonn probably... 6 months ago or so. I put a weapon in a backpack on the ground in the square and when I realized it I advertised on the amulet about the loss. He told me he knew who picked it up and for a price would get it back for me. I offered him a couple hundred thousand coins for it back, got it back, and then he made it seem like I owed it to him to sell the weapon to him at a ridiculous discount because ''without him I wouldn't have gotten anything.'' Not exactly bad merchanting, but just a dick move.

Back on 7/1 Merll listed a grass green glowbark runestaff as sold, yet despite several attempts to contact him via PMs and AIM I have not heard a word back from him. I can only assume he ended up getting a BO offer of some sort and sold it from under me and doesn't feel as though he has any obligation to tell me.
