Tough week. Where's the guaranteed winner (for my survivor pick)? I'm leaning towards Baltimore, but I don't trust that offense to score more than 3 points.

Browns over Dolphins, duh. Miami isn't gonna win a game this year.

Cowboys D is too suspect to give them a chance imo. Easy pick = Pats. Id say Titans > Bucs should be pretty solid too if the teams continue to play the way they have.

baltimore is my fav team, it's sad isn't it?

If we could actually get into the end zone on a constant basis, we'd be going places

The Bucs have been playing damn good, and the Titans are very up-and-down. Wouldn't put my money on the Titans in a survivor type pick.

I went with Baltimore in my survival league since this is one of the few weeks I feel confident I'll be able to use them with at least some confidence while leaving some big dogs for later on in the season.

PS: This is a terrible week, if it weren't for Cowboy-Pats it would be a horrendous week.

Yep change whatever you like up to kickoff. Anything stamped past that is fuxored.

If you make a change for a 4pm/SNF/MNF game don't edit the original make it in a new post. Anything edited past 1pm becomes garbage.

Griese was on, we just had 4 fucking turnovers, Ron Turner, no fucking running game ... and an inability to convert shit.

With 2 fucking games left this week, Griese was only bumped down to the 2 spot by Brady ... and only by 7 yards ... no fucking reason why Chicago should have lost that game.

Personally ... and maybe it's just me ... but Turner should have been shit canned about the same time they benched Grossman.

... Hmm, since changes up till the game are allowed (and I see no reason for them not to be), couldn't a few of those "already eliminated by picking the same tiebreaker as 1st place" individuals change their pick? I know it would suck to change your pick based on another person's, but it's not like we have closed ballets to begin with... Hell Sean2 is always holding out till the last minute, to look at my picks (and take the opposite).

Heheh. Seriously tho you can change anything you want up to game time for our "pc league". We all agreed on that last year.

And as for the last minute... you should the time stamps on 90% of my bets. 1 minute before kickoff rofl. I have to scalp the lines or I'm not trying.

*I suggest hedging this parlay.. it even has a great middle oppurtunity. Make a bet for half of what you would win from it on ATLanta at +5 1/2.(a lot of books have it at +5 1/2 now) AT the very least you're guaranteed half of the parlay's winnings. Good opportunity to middle it and hit both however. Most 5 teamers pay out 20/1. Giants lose your parlay is dead but you get the win for half on ATL. Best would be if ATL loses by 5... you win both.

Either way you're guaranteed half. These are my favorite plays! It's hard to pass up a guaranteed profit in this world.

Adrian Peterson is a freak. The bears are definitely stinking up the show this year. However, at least our offense is now producing, and aside from fucking some ridiculous plays I'd say we're definitely on the upswing.

Glad the parlay hit for you! It was clear by the half that NY was the play.

But if you're gonna get serious about this new little hobby of yours HEDGE HEDGE HEDGE ALWAYS.

I was feeling confident about that game all week, didnt want to stop short of what I thought theyd do. Hence my second bet on that game alone.

edit: i know its not the safest play, but gotta take risks sometime.

To me it's all about the profit tho. Every fucking dollar.

WHAT A FUCKING stressfull MNF. Garbage teams seriously. I don't think I've seen someone play as bad as ATL did tonight this entire year.

I guess you didn't watch the six Dolphins games this year. Be sure to check out next week's fiasco. I think they play Tom Brady and his Patriots....

Should be a close one

Don't count out the Dolphins, as much as I want them to lose, they always play the Patriots close. Although the second game is the more likely upset by far.

Having the same tiebreaker doesn't eliminate someone, so I'm not really sure what you're talking about.

10-2: Tsa`ah, Augie (going to the tiebreaker)
9-3: Apathy

If Tsa'ah, Augie and Apathy all picked the Falcons Apathy would effectively be eliminated, because if Apathy went 10-3, that would mean Tsa'ah and Augie went 11-2. So if Apathy decided to take the Giants, just because the leaders did not choose them, they'd be giving themselves a shot when they had none.

In that same situation if we take Apathy out of the equation and both Tsa'ah and Augie went with the Giants, and Tsa'ah had 20 points and Augie had 35 ... at the last minute Augie might as well change her tiebreaker pick to 21 points... because instead of having the win at 35+ points, she'd have the win at 21+

What confused me was how you said changing the tiebreaker would de-eliminate someone, when what you meant was changing the MNF game.

Yeah I fucked that up... I guess I see the MNF game as a tiebreaker game, so changing their "tiebreaker game" pick.

Pretty dick move... but well I'm not surprised that Xyl would do that

It really wouldn't surprise me one bit if the Dolphins beat the Pats. Who was it that they beat mid season last year that was undefeated? The Bears?

Of course the Dolphins just traded their one live body on offense Chambers, so good luck there

Chambers is like Randy Moss with less talent. Gives up on plays, doesn't play hard, drops passes he should catch. Maybe he'll turn up his level of play in San Diego but every year with the Dolphins he would just make a few spectacular catches that got on Sportscenter but never played consistently or hard. I don't know any Dolphins fans who like him.
