Alchemy(foraging question)

I've been using the visual foraging site and running a lot of places to try and find 'ayana leaf' however when I forage for 'ayana leaf" in the spots it is marked I get either ayana lichen or ayana berry.

Anyone know of the actual map I can find this on or if I'm doing something wrong in my foraging? I've asked ig but no one seems to know.
