The wagon in Illistim (assuming it's still there) is selling some although they're not unlocked of course.

I don't think that wagon is around anymore. If it is someone tell me so I can stock up on some!

I think they were only selling tunics and surcoats. At any rate, I have a pair of altered robes in my shop that I'm selling for 2mil.

Mine are full coverage, and cover the head as well in case thats what your looking for.

It's moved from near the dais, I just passed it in Briarstone Court.

The tunics for sale from the wagon only cover soft and rigid leather armors. They won't cover chain or plate class armor.
