Aha, yeah I edited my post to oblivion it appears. Basically, a company stated "in stock shipped same day" and didn't live up to their end, I recited the law for them, and they gladly ate the overnight shipping cost they initially refused.

I was going to say that... (I didn't so obviously this seems like a stupid post) I was going to say I doubt they have a lawyer on hand and that any mention of a law they'll credit free shipping... I've had quite a few places give me free shipping for no reason other than just calling them.
