Because there are people that have nothing better to do than grind a toon for you when it's not very likely that your midget is even on the same server as their toons?

Maybe you should ...

A. Do it yourself.
B. Pay for it.
C. Ask people that like you.

30-60L Price:$100.99 Time:11-14 days

Short of someone who's actually doing it because they enjoy it... good luck and don't hold your breath. This is probably your best bet (I just googled power leveling services, there might be better deals).

.10 an hour is a lot when you're Chinese. NI HAO!

Celephais
09-28-2007, 03:49 AM
$0.30 to $0.38 an hour to get it done by a chinaman = $100.99
$5.75 to get it done by a merican = $1518 to $1932

Why do you gotta pwn my NI HAO video reference. :(

I found the video ridiculously obnoxious... and I hate chinamen as much as the next guy.

Outside of your "masculine" use of color ... how dare you try to further explain the point I was making.

Next time draw him a picture.

Not sure I would trust a leveling service if I were him either. I don't see what the big deal is.. he is asking if someone wants to make an easy 100 bucks by leveling up one of his toons.

What is there to trust? You trust some Joe on a message board more than a leveling service? Either one is able to level the guy to 60 then take all the gold as a payment for their service.

You have more of a chance with the leveling service. People level just to do end game, and won't enjoy doing it for someone else. If it means that much to you, buy a level 60 character instead.

If I was leveling someone to 60 for $100 you better believe I'm taking the gold as well.

The point you were making? You mean the point I made in the second post. As for the color, I just pasted the cost from the site and it changed my font, didn't bother swapping it back.

I would much rather trust a actual service, they have a (minimal) reputation to maintain, I think the number one spot on google search is worth much more than the $100 they could rip you off for. Besides you get it done quicker and you don't have to worry about a Zimzum.

I guess what little credit I did give you was unfounded.

Some people aren't just 'joes'. I would (and have) trusted you with my account information and I don't know you. I would never give my PW to some leveling service that I know nothing about.

TEH H8! You know me a hell of a lot better than Solkern asking random strangers for help.

I mean I understand that PC people aren't regular Joe's, but it seems like the way he's just asking just anyone willing to do it rather than targetting the people he trusts, random strangers to me is the same as a leveling service.

I'm curious. Why are you opposed to buying a level 60 character? It would probably be faster, easier and even cheaper than leveling a new one.

Forgive my ignorance on the subject, but why not just level a character up? I only played for two months, which were seperated between two free guest trials. I managed to get to 15-20 pretty quick. Does the grind become that bad in the game?

After you've done it 3 or 4 times, yes. It sucks ass.

the fact the account is under someoen elses name?

CrystalTears
09-28-2007, 02:41 PM
You didn't level the character yourself, what do you care what name it's under?

I understand what you're saying though. Don't want to be suspicious or anything with a different account name than your credit card. I just think you're better off leveling it yourself as you're asking people to level during the levels that are the suckiest part of the game to level.

Solkern
09-28-2007, 02:45 PM
Cause they have the power to do what they want with the account. thats the problems/

CrystalTears
09-28-2007, 02:48 PM
And that's what I'm saying is that you would have to really trust that whomever you give your account info to won't take advantage and sell off all your stuff and keep the gold once 60, or take anything else off other toons. But if that's the risk you're willing to take, I wish you luck finding that leveler.

Skeeter
09-28-2007, 03:16 PM

fuck the grind

Methais
09-29-2007, 12:06 PM
2.2 came out 4 days ago, and it took forever. So 2.3 will most likely be at least a month or two, probably a little longer.

And it has (slight) mage buffs!!!!!!11 :wtf:

It will definately be out before December of 08 when the next exp drops.

If you were Horde 33-60 would take like 7-8 days at 8 hours a day for me. I dont see the problem. 1-30 and 58-63 are the worst levels.

You sure about that time quote? That site is a "non-stop" exping (IE they have shifts of chinamen chained to computers) and has it pegged at 11-14 days... just an observation, no idea how long it really takes.
