It's abilities will probably be +25 and make the user drain magic or make him highly resistant to magic. And of course the extreme rarity value.

I believe Cemb had some of the only veil iron in the game, and he squandered it or it didnt work right. Either way, I dont believe it had those properties.

As a side note, people see flamberge and stop buying things.
