Not sure how I missed the outcome of this case this summer but anyways ... Deputy acquitted in shooting of Elio Carrion.

For those that don't remember (I can't find the old thread) Elio was the Airforce MP that was shot after a car chase by an officer with pursuit rage.

Must have used the chewbacca defense... how else could you get away with saying "get up" and then shooting him when he does?
