Reactive flares stacking?

Let's say I wear premium pointed/'d full plate with reactive cold flares.

Let's say I then wear, in addition to my reactive plate, a visored helm with reactive cold flares.

When hit on the neck and head, do I get the opportunity of flaring *twice* at my assailant from said hit on head/neck?

Let's push the bar even farther?

What if in addition to a cold flare reactive suit of full plate, a cold flare reactive visored helm and my bukkake-flaring codpiece, I decide to add a cold flaring reactive aventail to this whole mix?

This isn't a big eye-opener for armor pieces that have, for a bit now, possessed both reactive spikes + flares (not in that order.)

What I'm more interested is for a piece of torso worn armor (i.e.) an air-flaring hauberk striking *twice* in reaction to a successive hit by an enemy combined (instantly) with additional damage done via a reactive spiked helm?

I'd be ever-so/just-as-curious, as well, if strictly spiked (reactive) armor pieces + accessories stack their "pointilyishness" as well.

I could be wrong (happens more often than i like) but:

Shouldn't the armor only flare it it is hit?
I.E.
Chest hit should not cause the helm to flare.
Neck hit should not cause the Hauberk to flare.

Or is that how the mechanics work?

I wanna say they're unlimited use. Or at the most, you have to fill them with water that you can get from a vendor. I used to have one, I just can't remember how exactly you filled it.
