How to determine owner from Loresong

I keep finding items behind the barrier and I do have a mid-level bard that I use to loresing to items. Is there another verse or something I need to sing in order to determine the owner of an item I find from a critter? I would like to ensure these items I find make it to the proper owner.

Should be in the fourth song where'd you see the enchanters name or whatnot.

Fourth or third will let you know depending how well the verse is and level. If its not registered or recently lost though it's a net wash I beleive. Not sure how long an item is flagged for recently lost.

Does loresong tell you who a weapon is bonded to? I found one the other day.
