TD Formula

Ok who knows the formula used to figure out a characters TD? Mostly for a Dark Elf Sorcerer would be nice.

last I knew.. TD was just level times 3 plus wisdom bonus plus outside spells or signs.. though that could have changed with gs4, I hadn't heard anything about it doing so though.
