does it affect ebp? website says ignores target's defense, so i would assume it would ignore ebp as well. anyone know for sure?

You can definitely EBP an mblow.

does it reduce the chances of an ebp at all?

That I couldn't tell you, but I highly doubt it.

Mblow effectively reduces the stance of the target (how much I don't know but I would guess up to 20% per rank).

Reducing the stance of a target will lower their EBP chances significantly if they aren't already in offensive.

However, they can still EBP. If you're looking to mitigate EBP I would suggest Truehand.

Nothing sucks more than having your MBlow attack subjected to EBP.

EDIT: Each rank also increases the DF of your weapon by 10%

any confirmation on this? Does this lower the chances of an EBP? Does it lower the chances of an ebp before actually hitting or does it only lower the chance of ebp if it hits?

It doesn't reduce EBP any more than reducing stance; if the creature is already in offensive stance, then you're not going to see any reduction in EBP.

Truehand, however, reduces EBP and it appears to be additive and not multiplicative. That is to say, if a creature has 30% chance to evade, block, or parry they will instead have 0/0/0 percent chance instead of 15/15/15.

so if the creature is in defensive does it reduce thier chance of an ebp?

Try cman colon blow, it's more effective than mblow.

Dirtkick reduces EBP. It states it in the cman help documentation. I'd say it's safe to assume that if another cman had that feature, it would be noted as well.

so if the creature is in defensive does it reduce thier chance of an ebp?

Yes. By a factor of 8.4.
