I don't know much about paintball guns but I remember autocockers and automags used to be much more expensive, around 500-700 dollars. Surprised they are this cheap these days.

very true, but with all the high end electo markers being able to stomp an autococker into the ground they released the Trilogy series. They made the front block perminate as to cut down on the cost to make the marker and added a pretty sweet stock electro trigger. this gun can do 20 balls a second EASY and all with the autococker accuracy that they are known for! all and all an amazing marker.

The trilogy series is an entry level marker from autococker. Paintball markers in general used to be much more expensive, and autococker was one of the more expensive because they had a large portion of the market. Nowadays though, alot of companies such as eclipse and angel are making very high end markers, most of which are electronic and commonly retail for over $1,000. Autocockers are still nice in that you can totally customize them to your liking. Just about every peice is easily upgrade-able and found all over the internet. The trilogy would be a nice marker for someone looking to get into the sport to see if they like it.
