Old Helpful programs/spreadsheets

I have been gone for a few years, decided to come back and give GS4 a go. Just wondering if anyone has or has a link to some of those old help for programs or spreadsheets.

1. The one that shows stat progression over time.
2. Any practice training programs.
3. Any other useful stuff

for the first two, I'd suggest Tsoran's training spreadsheet (in excel)

For the 3rd, there's tons of GS3 sites (not sure if they're all up to date on GS4 stuff though). Check gemstone.net for links, might help.
