I know this is largely a subjective question.. and opinions will vary.
However, I wanted to know what the best 2 katars in-game are.. and if possible, who owns them. I know a few nice ones were raffled off this last Ebons, and I figure whoever won them has long since gotten bored with playing with them and have them gathering dust in a locker...
