Better Ice Flares?

I was just wondering if anyone had heard of any cold/ice-ish flaring on any weapons that varies from the average. I've seen the blue immolation blade and whatnot, but any sort of actual better Ice/Cold flares? (Or maybe even a weapon notorious for rapid flaring, such as the speckled rapier that fire flares 1/3 swings or so?)

Bah! No idea? Nothing like the flexible black-speckled rapiers (increased fire flaring potential, I guess?) or the rolaren long-knife(s) (nice-r lightning flares) around for cold flaring weaponry? Or -any- other unorthodox cold/ice flaring weapons around?

theres the old ice flaring falchion in ardwen's shop, that used to have like 500 damage flares, not sure if its still works the same
