I don't hate him at all.
I'm pretty pissed off by his changing names and covering up in his terrible E way that he does. But after watching and hearing you all tear him to bits I can't agree.
He was a knob when he said we should all miss him. etc.
I just think he should be able to post again.
I know he pissed off and said he'd gone forever, but I don't want to see a million new posters thinking it might be him.
He'll post again if he wants to. Under who gives a fuck what name.
But he's still a poster most of us enjoyed and if it's a problem him being about then fuck off.
This massive serious hate is incredible.
I can't believe I've been watching a brick wall too afraid to say a word.

He can post. He is being a tit about it. No-one is stopping him. He is just trying to pretend he is a new poster, with 5 posts and a brand new registration date, offering information that is known by people who have been here for years. Remember when he said something about you threatening to commit suicide when he was posting as Haywood J? Not smart. It's not hard to post as someone completely new, you just have to pretend that you arent the same person and keep your mouth shut about things that link you to the person you are pretending you arent.

Backlash brought this upon himself. No one asked him to change his name or stop posting... and no one certainly asked him to keep changing names to avoid the attention he has brought unto himself.

A "Hello, I'm Still Here" post, and some moderate posting under his original name would remedy all of this craziness.
People always disagree, that's life. If you dont want to get caught up in a BB drama, realize that you don't always have to argue your opinion when it differs from others. You are who you are, and just because someone doesn't see things in the same light as you doesn't mean you have to take issue with it. It's nothing personal, if we were all the same the world would be boring.
Do I get annoyed when people call me out on things they disagree with? Sure, but I ask myself before I hit the reply button, IS THIS PERSON WHO I DONT KNOW WORTH IT?

Seriously Backlash I've never had a problem with you, but the pretending to not be outed when you've been clearly outed thing is pathetic. Hell you even admitted to it being stupid to try to cover it up... if you want to regain any hope of respect then continue to post as Backlash as normal, the heat will fade... you're only getting "heat" because you are acting like this.

You seriously need to have someone check out your Multiple Personality Disorder.

Or you need to realize that changing your logon name and not changing what you post and how you post just demonstrates that you're unwilling to accept the responsibilty (and reputation) for what you've said and done in the past.

If it makes you feel better you can continue to think its all just reactionary, and that none of the negative attention that Backlash has received is your fault. Even though it really is.

As for the backlash thing, I missed most of that drama, and I'm grateful for that.

As for changing your posting name, it only serves to annoy/confuse IMO. Occasionally, I thought about dropping the Elanthian in ES, but it's always come down to the energy required not being worth it.

As for pretending you're not a poster you are, why would you? Be proud of who you are. :wtf:
