I thought 15-20 was the going price. I've seen some in the Landing go as high as 25 without inventory before.

I couldnt get 15m for mine recently, never seen them go much over 17m myself - not that I look alot.

I got 19m for one, but it was to a certain lady who is known to overpay for something she wanted, and she wanted my shop.

I've only seen a few that are in prime spots go for over 15. At least the ones who dare talk about it after paying so much. I'm sure there are a few that just got taken and refuse to disclose, but thats another (idiot) story.

I've sold 3 landing shops so far and the highest I've been able to get is 17m. The lowest is 12m. Thats without inventory, but with furnishings... all of them were 3 room.

It's basically a matter of what it's worth to me. I have not been playing enough the past few months to bother re-stocking, but if it's not worth 20m to anyone else then it's worth 30k per month to hold onto it myself.

I can understand that sentiment. Just saying there is one up atm asking 13m and he can't get any hits, and of course mine wasn't moving at 15m.

I see your point AD. It's another sign of the falling GS4 population, those shops would have been snapped up a year or two ago.
