Deity Conversion

So, I found a cleric to convert me to a new deity....anyone know just how many coins I have to shove in this coffer before it is a sufficient offering.

250k shoved in it so far.....and still not sufficient!

It depends on your level, how long you worshipped your last God for, and how many times you've converted before.

As to an exact rate, no one exactly knows.

My level 21 hobbit cleric converted from Leya to Charl. She had to stuff almost 800k into her coffer.

Well, it also depends on the deity, too, I suppose. Charl's grumpy, he might not readily accept new followers.

My level 18 cleric went from Zelia to Mularos, cost her 300k

I'm capped.....again, ouch!

I'm telling you, the 500k difference probably has to do with the difference between Charl and Mularos and whether they care for having new followers or not.

This is rediculous!

I put 1 million silvers in the coffer and still it was sufficient. Got a GM involved to see if it was broken. Basically they told me it wasn't, and because I was "old" it was going to be a lot, like 10 million total.

That is rediculous!

Why can't you just stop worshipping a "God" and not be penalized until you decide to worship another and then have to pay to convert?

After all, I'm not paying to stop worshipping Kai, I'm paying to get V'Tull to accept me........
