Can you enchant bandoliers with premium points? I don't recall.

You can, but not via scroll. You would need a special live merchant to do so. Khaladon has run such a merchant a few times.

Alright guys, sorry for being so vague about the trades I'd be interested in, rather than replying to all of you I'll post here. Nice brigandine or chain, two handers, self mana items. I'm really not too picky as long as I can use whatever it is. I suppose I'll listen to silver offers as well.
