A snarling skull mask - This is a scripted mask that will change it's features when you tap it. It has at least 12 forms I've seen, and may have more. It changes randomly when you tap it. It is also scripted when you wear or remove it. Examples follow(Showing what other people see):

Kentashi loops the strap of a snarling skull mask around the back of his head and fits it over his face.

Kentashi grabs his skull mask by the chin and pulls it off over his head with a flourish.

The features of the mask twist into an unrecognizable spiral of lines and channels before settling into a growling skull
mask.
