Use Mozilla FireBird instead.

Go to... File/Preferences/Window...

There should be a drop-down box beside Pop-ups.

Not wanting to whine or anything (in fact i will)
But whenever people get off topic, a mod get his "stfu" stick and tell em to do their off topic stuff in U2U

So, i'll use my knight-title stick and tell GOD to use U2U when he wants to ask someone something

I disagree.

I usually don't see my U2U's until after they've been sitting there for 2-3 days.

This was probably the quickest way to contact me, aside from email or IM and some people aren't comfortable using that means of communication with someone they don't know that well, and it also opens the door for other people to lend assistance.

File/Quick Preferences/Accept Pop Ups. Opera kicks ass, Safari is so much better though.
