Quick question.

Anyone know if the ranks required to swim to DS is level based or purely rank based, or a combo of both?

Wondering what the min I need for one of my characters at 55 with 0 ranks.

Level 25 is the min.

I have 7 ranks with one character, never had a problem.

I should have been clearer.

After 25, does anyone know if one needs increasingly less ranks as the trainings increase, or is it a flat-ish minimum based on stats and ranks?

I've heard 5 is the flat need, but no real clue.
