I have been reading on here about sighted bows, and it is leading me to believe that sighting is much more valuable for a lower level character, and that closer to cap that the enchant is more important, especially for Rogues.
So I am wondering is if this is true? And at what level do these start to change?
Thanks in advance for all the help.

This is true, but only because an older character has more perception than a younger character would, and that is where your accuracty comes from. With a sighted bow, a younger character would have more of a chance to hit the area they aim for, than if they didn't have one because their perception is less. As for older rogues, we don't need the sighting like you stated. We over power most things we hunt as an archer, as long as your trained right. The higher enchant is nice, but not necassaary as an older rogue/capped since again as i stated we over power most creatures anyway. I'd say between 40-50 trains you won't need sighting as your accuracy is pretty good by this time. At least mine was. Hope this helps some.
