Dwarves and aiming for head

As of this point how many critters are there that can't be head aimed by dwarves (size factor) ?

I've got a level 40 ambushing dwarven ranger, so the only critters I'll know about are in the 30s.

You can only hit snow crones on the glacier. Everything in Varunar is within reach though. and the kiramon. I think the only thing you can hit in the stronghold is the mastiffs. Sehntoph is full of giants. Lemme think, what else..... before darkstone got closed up you had to leg the gargoyles and the golems. All the steeds and mares and pookahs and miners in the graveyard can be hit.

So in the landing area in the 30-40 range I'd say you need to leg less than half but when you're in the mid 30s 3/4 of your jobs are on the glacier where you have to leg the frost giants and titans.

Sweep doesn't seem to work well for me. I can't get the 5th rank of hamstring til 43 but with the 4th rank it's pretty much useless even against critters 3 or 4 trains under me.

I know that height affects the ability to aim at certain body parts but would a dwarf get a bonus to hamstring a taller opponent? anybody know?
