Finally got it to work and... its the same pic that 3704558 (http://forum.gsplayers.com/member.php?u=1343) had that you can just customize.

A) How many pics did you upload until it took you to the next section?

B) How much did you customize?

C) How much time spent over all?

I put two different pictures in. One didn't work, and the one that did, that was the way it came out, didn't customize.

It took a while for it to go through, but when it finally did I saved it.

You need to use a picture with super-contrast. Like a passport photo.

Stand in front of a white wall and snap a photo.

I tested it out with some random image of a woman I got from doing a google image search for passport photo. Results are attached. It works, you're just not using a good photo.
