How in the hell does a Jungle Troll Chieftan get a 53k note in a locked box that it dropped? Anyone else find this odd?

I could think of hundreds of scenarios.

There are one or two trash cans that recycle the items placed in them into the larger randomized treasure pool. Sometimes people will empty lots of little things into them. That note may have been one of those items.
