Hmm, could you drop this thing and pick it up right away to effectively get infinite 19 mana continuously?

Rechargeable from bounty guild. Currently has a fair amount of charges remaining.

If/when you let go of it, it drops the 19 mana. Great for rogue hunters who dont want to put TP's into harness power, or for ANYONE if you're hunting and are tapped and need a quick burst to cast e-wave or fog or something.
