Mine works well, but it does hang up at the last area of steps after it gets you past the doors. I don't know why, but it just does. I always have to type out climb steps, climb other steps, and then it kicks back in. If you wish, I'll post it up here and you can try to figure out how to fix it or just use it as I do, and type out climb steps, climb other steps on your own.
