Maybe Geo-engineering isn't the best choice?
LOL
They tried cloud seeding in Texas back in the 1960's. And learned the same thing.
Cloud seeding. The new ultimate weapon of mass destruction...

Number A) I disagree with cloud seeding. And/or any deliberate bombarding of mother nature.
2. Shapingba being flooded by torrential rains because of cloud seeding in China has about as much validity as Texas' recent bout of deluging because of cloud seeding in China.
They tried cloud seeding in Texas back in the 1960's. And learned the same thing.
3. Good old America never had a problem, in the 1960s alone, of blowing up the Van Allen Belts, as well as cloud seeding in not just Texas -- I'm fairly certain that we used Ag oxides during Vietnam along with our other applied chemical weaponry.
This might not be a lot to base an assumption from; but I believe their is a direct connection with Dubya's being a Texan (and Texas' meteorological flukes like you mentioned) paired with Jebya's reigning in the hurricane-ridden peninsula called Floor-duh baring responsibility for any and all weather problems from now until infinity.
My being a flaming liberal may have a slight subjectivity with respect to the above :saint:

I swear to God sarcasm always loses on blogs :(
If you have a sarcasm font though, then you can't be a coy shitstain and that defeats the whole purpose of elusive sarcasm as it is.
Stupid lack of communication.
