So with the changes to enchanting... I heard some metals are more resistant to taking enchants or something... has there been a list compiled yet of different metals/woods and their difficulties? or any other new facts to go along with it? thanks

That's what I was referring to mostly in the original question... if anyone has done testing on which materials are resistant and any #'s they may have on them. If not I may start trying to compile something.

All the rolls are hidden so its going to be really unlikely anyone has numbers of any kind. Best someone could try is make a few thousand casts on an enchant they're able to hit half the time and then get that same item in a 'difficult' metal to see the percentage change. But who the hell enchant enough to make statistically signifigant notes on the same type of item while isolating all other variables.
