So when I hunt in Varunar, my 36 Burghal wizard is completely invulnerable to the Fear from Skeletal Lords and Phantasmas, while characters older than her are drooling on the floor.

Anyone know what spells/stats/skills affect one's vulnerability to Fear?

According to play.net's stat's list, Influence has a major affect on fear... Aura is used with elemental magic and Wisdom is used with spiritual magic.

Bravery (211) helps protect against Fear.
Self-Control (613) helps protect against fear-based attacks.
Dauntless (1606) adds resistance to fear-based attacks.

Nothing in the skills section has anything to help against Fear/fear-based attacks.

I thought LEVEL was involved as well in regards to caster/undead vs. victim?

Well yeah, level is the hardline. Once you reach a certain amount of levels over the fearing critter, it has a zero percent chance of fearing you.

Heroism does as well, along with symbol of courage for volners.
