He doesn't bark at all, both parents were very quiet, and we don't hear a peep out of him.

Bowser is a name of a Bulldog or a big saggy dog like that...not a feather duster.

Too cute, I have a half Shih Tzu, he's the best dog in the world, very smart, very well mannered and behaved.
