80k a year, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, 4 weeks of vacation and a paid reloc from The Netherlands and I'd consider it. I'm tired enough of Holland, I'd take a step down compensation wise and consider Jersey.

To answer your questions:

I'm not really allowed to say what it pays other than it's commensurate with experience, but in reality you're probably looking at a cap of maybe $15/hourly.

Yes, you can play Gemstone at work, as the Network Administrator here (Damn, who could that be?) has allowed it to work through the firewall, as long as you have the understanding that if you are CAUGHT playing gemstone here I will deny any and all collaboration.

If you download porn at work there are 2 requirements. 1) Put it in a shared folder on the network. 2) Clean your keyboard when you're done with it. I use all these computers and if I stand up with sticky fingers expect to be hit by something large, pointy, and inanimate sometime in the near future.

well, with the extra time per day you get to play GS, you can earn enough silvers to pay for the account.

Most of my stuff is scripted nowadays, too, all I need to do is run 'em in the background, auto hide the task bar (providing my Network Admin would give me the authority to do so), and have a "real" app up and running at the same time. ALT+TAB is my friend.
