Some would say that new england is our moon.
We're the moon.
But that would belittle the name of our moon, which is: The Moon.
Point is: we're at the center, not you.

well how many pages was that friggin book? I thought the movie did a pretty good job of getting that kind of book to the screen. The Stand as a book was obviously better, but for the movie I enjoyed how they did it considering how much they had to get across. Unless they did something like the Dune Mini-series which was really good for such a good book...i really enjoyed the dune mini-series...the first one was excellent, Children of Dune was so so...but after the third book it starts getting really far out.
New England IS the best place on Earth...the OP is right.
The Stand (unabridged ver.) was 1200+ last time I looked on my shelf.
The BEST SK book ever written. EVAR!

When they finally come through with the Talisman/Black House movies I want to see how they fit that on a screen....they are better than the stand IMO

Haven't played for a long time but weren't those skull pins from some festival/merchant/event thing (Ebon's gate?)? I think I had one. You could tap it I believe to change it's emotion.

The sand I found out with aid was Nightmare!
The skulls I have no clue where they came from, I must have missed those Ebons gates. But far as I've been able to figure out, the pins do nothing!
Anyoner else able to help, and thanks

They may have been attuned to the person who went so they might not do anything for you anymore.
I'm thinking these were from the Ebon's Gate game where you had to scare people for points.
