I'm curious about this program, and am relatively unfamiliar with ghosting. Say one does a complete re-install with a fresh installation of windows, does this mirror everything perfectly.. software and hardware, ie a super restore point.

I ask this as I'd love to ghost a small partition to a double layer DVD and be able to insert a ghosted imagine on a blank harddrive via a bootdisk. If anyone knows how, I'd really appreciate the advice.

If you want to know you've pretty much described it in a nutshell. Very simple. When I've made major changes to some apps or structure I'd just ghost it once it's fully tested and have 60 workstations ghosted within an hour.

This might be exactly what I'm looking for then. Quite sick and tired of the slow atrophy that any windows installation suffers.
