As is the case with free hosting and old machines, lich is moving again.
You should not notice any downtime, as the two instances are running parallel to each other while the DNS propogates. You may notice that you are unable to use lichnet to talk to friends, this will only occur if you are on one instance, and they are on the other. If you must be on the new server, open the lichnet.lic script, and put in 199.233.98.37 for the first server it looks to speak to. (remember to change it back, though, as lich.sudolife.com will be the permanent address)
This should hopefully be the last move for a while, but we do have backups if needed (unforeseen problems are the bane of many sysadmins).
