Nip/Tuck, The Shield, The Riches, Rescue Me, Dirt...and something new with Glenn Close called Damages...a legal drama...oh well, no one is perfect.
But the first 5 is a pretty damn spiffy lineup. I haven't had a chance to watch the shield(i've heard nothing but good things though) or watched Dirt yet, but the rest are seriously well written and thoroughly excellent shows.
The Shield is awesome. I tried to watch Dirt/The Riches but I just couldn't get into them. I like rescue me but can do without nip/tuck. However my favorite show on FX is It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Oh, thats too bad on The Riches, it had a great first season...it's almost like watching a painful Ben Stiller movie every week for one hour, but it's very well written.
I'm not a huge fan of Nip/Tuck, but like the others, just great drama.
Not that it particularly matters to me, but it's great to see a non-triple letter tv studio doing so well with shows. Of course, if the asshats at those studios would stop cancelling the good shows like Firefly or Invasion or Studio 60...oh well.

Nip tuck WAS good then it started getting way to far fetched. Dirt started out retarded. i don't like any FX programming except the hours and hours of "that 70 show".

Nip/Tuck is awesome, been watching it since the start. The whole old man/mysterious French lady pimp/black chick scenario was getting quite overplayed though, and yeah it's taken a turn for the even more bizarre. Same with Dead Zone, I don't even think I can watch DZ anymore. :(

My girlfriend and I stopped watching dead zone i think between season 2 and 3, when they played like 6 episodes spattered throughout the summer in between seasons...we never caught them and never picked back up on the show. I didn't even realize it was still around until like 3 weeks ago I saw a preview for a new episode. I was enjoying the show...
Ignot, have you tried watching Rescue Me or The Riches, from the beginning, or the early episodes? Both are VERY VERY well written...

The Shield is awesome.
Best show I've ever seen, though seasons 1-4 were better for me than 5 and 6.
I own the first 5 on DVD and I'll get 6 when it comes out.. I didn't start watching until the middle of the 5th season, hooked me immediately.
Mackey ftw.
And I'm so glad season 6 aired in France and was finished a good 6 weeks before it was over here. Torrents ftw.
