When its blessed you noticed a eerie white light surrounding it in the show.

Dagger was blessed by Kai, from what I can tell it turns most any bless into max charges including something from a level 4 cleric or whatever.

Wasn't really planning on selling the dagger but figured I'd test the market to see what anyone would trade/offer for it. Anyway PM or fallenSaint@gmail.com

can a lvl 4 cleric actually bless it or do you need the 40 ranks?

Yar level 4 can actually bless it, doesnt have magic metal restriction.

What were the circumstances involved in its blessing? Is that simply the back story of the weapon, or was it part of an IG event?

From what I'm told:

In an undead invasion shortly after the ending of the ICE age, an appearance by Kai was made and he blessed at least two weapons a Vultite Longsword and a Vultite Dagger with the same properties as described earlier. Unfortuneatly I don't have much more info on the events other than that.
