GLD initiate and promote temporaily disabled

I've temporarily disabled the GLD initiate and promote options until I can get the bugs fixed. I appologize for the inconvenience, and will get them fixed as soon as I can

I guess this applies to both now.

I invited 4 to the warrior guild today and gained 5 ranks.

So of course they see a problem and stop promotions

Player version of promote only.

NPC's should be working as intended. The bug was, players could repeatedly initiate or promote, and it would work, reguardless of whether the target had already been initiated, or in the case of promote, had finished their task.
