Experience 'draining' while injured

Only time I got the message was with a major head wound. I've had wounds of varying degrees all over and never got the message. Don't get many nerve injuries so I'm not sure.

As far as I can tell, its level 2 and 3 head and nerve wounds/scars that affect it.
I really like it that it tells you know, cos I was always confused about it in GS3.

I got that message but it was only with a major (3 & 2) head scar.

I get it from level 2 head wound/scar or nerves, too. Just heal down and you absorb again. I discovered it one night when I glanced at my "mind" and thought... gee, why the hell am I fried?

I thought it was always like that, even though there was no message for it before. I always noticed when I had a level 2 or 3 head or nerve wound/scar that I absorbed exp slower. Maybe I was just hallucinating.
