Bow + Wand = flare

Just curious about these add-a-wand bows before I buy one.

Does it add anything besides a flare? (RT, AvD difference)
About how many shots do you get off one wand?

What wands go with what bows and does it matter if they are major/minor (metal wand vs slender blue)

How exactly do you put it in the bow?

I also assume it doesn't stack with eblade flares, but if it does i'd love to know that too.

Your arrows are destroyed after one use. Each charge the wand has is one flare. There's a 50/50 chance the arrow will burn up before it's shot.

I managed to buy 2 auction quality ones and I sold em for 6mil and 3mil.

Nope, I don't have a sorc. I have a rogue who should go archery but won't, a ranger who is trying it but sucks, and a bard that isn't too bad at it.

So there are different quality ones? How might I tell which is which.

The only difference between the off the shelf ones and the ones that are 'auction' quality are how many different types of wands they'll take. The types of wands are: golden wands, silver/iron wands, blue/metal wands and crystal wands.

All equally suck on losing arrows.
