Ash requested that I post some old logs -- though he was not specific, I'm sure he meant from GSIII, or early GSIV. I'll see what I can do. One of my all-time favourites would have to be the v'reen morphs:

[Northern Slopes, Bluff]
Lichen mottles the surface of boulders forming the bluff, their surface sheared of snow by gusting winds blowing up from the gorge below. The flurries are buffered to the northwest by a dense forest of pines that stand dark and seemingly impenetrable. A trail forms and winds away to the northeast, as though fleeing the maw of the shadowy ravine. It soon disappears, lost in a vast expanse of blizzard-swept tundra. You also see some icy rocks.

You also see a major glacei, a v'reen morph and a frozen corpse.

The expanse of towering pines cloaked in clumps of snow is broken by the stark silhouette of a large, wrought-iron gate straddling the trail. It is unattached to a fence of any kind. Across the arched top are the words 'Pinefar Trading Post', crowned by a 'P' enclosed within a circle. Although no buildings can be seen through the gusting snow, a smudge of smoke can be glimpsed curling above the trees. You also see a major glacei, a v'reen morph, a narrow snow-covered path leading west into the pines and a brightly painted wooden gate decorated with garlands of spring flowers.

The arms are more akin to bulbous tubes with small knobby hands at the end. Atop its sloughing body, glaring red eyes peer out from the rounded protrusion that is its head.

So Zerroth was the all-powerful NPC in the GSS. I'm not sure why, precisely, but for some reason I lucked out INCREDIBLY when I was fighting him (in essence, it was 1vs1). If you note closely, I dodge EVERY attack he does. The odds of this are slim to none. At the end there, he didn't do anything at all, which makes me believe he was preparing for a special cheaty GM attack -- I got the hell out of there.

Easily as large as the entire North Market, the plaza is paved with a spiral pattern of alternating terra-cotta and golden-yellow bricks. On the eastern edge of the plaza stands an ornate, white limestone arch, and beyond it the brick-paved avenue stretches toward Vornavis' towering west wall. This log is from the Nature's Fury release. Belnia came to me and said there was a really tough NPC in Solhaven that no one could kill, so I told her to take me there and I'd bamboozle him.
Notice how he breaks the sanctuary with no messaging whatsoever, and then attempts to cheap shot me with a guided force swing.

[Marshtown, Land's End]
The firm soil of the path to the northeast quickly turns to mud and pools of stagnant water to the southwest. As progress becomes more difficult, a raised walkway made of wooden planks elevates travelers above the treacherous, sliding mud. The falls to the northeast, known as Kaskara Zahar, or the Cascade Taehhar, pour from the Cairnfang River above, and the delta of the mighty Cairnfang rushes into Solhaven Bay to the south.

[Marshtown, Shoreline]
As the raised platform approaches the Cairnfang river, less and less stable soil is available to support the buildings and inhabitants of Marshtown. Rafts of large barrels have been tied together and serve as flotation for the walkway and the squat wooden buildings that line either side. A chiaroscuro mingling of hues takes place in the waters to the southeast as the Cairnfang mingles with Solhaven Bay. You also see Langi's pier to the southeast.

[Marshtown, Shoreline]
Occasional splashing waves wet the planks of the walkway here, making footing treacherous in places. Warped and cracked planks are difficult to navigate and are in dire need of repair. To the south, the Market Bridge leading to Solhaven to the southeast rises out of the marsh and curving to the southeast, crosses Solhaven Bay into the heart of Solhaven. You also see the Market Bridge leading to Solhaven to the southeast.

This section of the market bridge slopes strongly upward toward the center of the bridge high above the Cairnfang delta, and down into Marshtown to the north. The timbers that make up the bridge are reinforced with thick ropes and iron bands. Long spikes hold planks firmly in place.

Perhaps feeling there is less risk on the exposed timbers of the bridge than on the floating platforms of Marshtown, a series of small shops crowd the sides of the bridge. While more stable, they still appear precariously perched.

[Market Bridge]
This tall and sturdy bridge rises high above the currents of the Cairnfang delta. From the top of the wide bridge, both Marshtown and the entire layout of Solhaven are clearly visible. To the northwest, the bridge slopes down into Marshtown, kept afloat by barrels and planks. To the southeast, Solhaven spreads out under the walls of Vornavis, a massive urban sprawl stretching from the walls to the shore.

[Market Bridge]
Small board-and-plank shops wearing the odious whitewash of perching gulls line either side of the bridge. Relying on the bridge's traffic for business, and taking advantage of the gentle incline from here to the peak of the bridge, the shops look to be an odd mix that might appeal to Marshtowner and 'Havener alike. You notice a small, weathered cask hangs above the doorway of one of the shops. You also see an old barrel.

[Market Bridge]
This section of bridge descends to the southeast to a stone pier, where it is anchored firmly in place at the edge of Solhaven. To the northwest, the bridge rises above the Cairnfang delta and continues down into Marshtown. The bridge is well maintained and very clean on this slope. You also see a dark ladder leaning against a large iron-plated tower topped by a blue-edged Solhaven Bay banner.

Bayside Road widens here, as throngs of people head southward into the North Market. More than a few are drawn by the mouthwatering aroma of fresh-baked goods wafting from the doorway of the half-timber building opposite the bridge. To the northwest, the Market Bridge spans the bay, heading towards Marshtown. You also see an old barrel.

The crush of the crowd is almost overwhelming here in the center of the market. Peddlers wheeling small carts push their way through, shouting loudly. Nearby, a group of dwarves argue heatedly with a local merchant. You also see the Keph disk, the Angeliqe disk, the Kiowha disk, the Kediaq disk, the Oravia disk, the Briavana disk, the Emaera disk, the Muffinsmith's stall, the Small Blades stand, the Belts booth, a wooden bench with some stuff on it, an old barrel and a squalid canvas pavilion.

Citizens, merchants and assorted dregs of society jostle against you before the great wooden gates of Wehnimer's Landing. Harried guards and militiamen try to keep the chaos to a minimum, but it is hard to keep track of those entering, let alone leaving, this large trading post. A dirt path encircling the wooden palisade of the town leads east and southwest. Nailed prominently to the wooden wall beside the gate is a sign you really should read. You also see a black void, a white cat that is dead and a Wayside Inn.

Hehe, I haven't ever killed that many - but I have ewaved a TON more than that. I wonder if I have the log somewhere. It was when Illistim was just opening - and the ladder was in the way so everyone had to take turns to go down... and people werent waiting. So someone dared me to ewave. I got the whole room of at least 100 people. I almost felt bad - but I was pissed so many people were cutting in line.

Noone dying here, but some very interesting room descriptions from the GSS.
[Temple of Pain, Pillars]
An elven woman hangs high in the air against a massive ivory pillar, her delicate wrists bound by cold steel above her head. The pillar is wrapped with intricate bits of glistening wire, which dangle around its base like tiny spider legs. The curls of the wire traverse the length of the pillar to find their ends in the elven woman's face -- each tipped with a hook buried in the muscles of her head. You also see a sleek steel lever.
Kilthal pulls on the lever, and immediately, the curls of wire become taut, completely vacating the flesh of the elven woman's face from her skull and exposing the musculature underneath just as it tenses in a horrible, wailing scream that pierces your ears with its horrible, sustained pain.
As the elf screams, a hazy red energy permeates her body and rises up, flowing toward the southwest and sending out thrums of power.
After a moment, the screams die down, and the elf looks completely healed, though the hooks still remain within her flesh. She gives a drowsy, fearful look downwards, then slumps into unconciousness once more.
[Temple of Pain, Nexus]
Situated between a grouping of pure ivory columns, this central chamber is overgrown with lush vines and blossoming roses, their scent cloying and heady in the air. A simple ivory altar adorned with swirled edges sits in the center of the garden, a recessed groove within its pristine surface holding a perfect crystal orb, its incarnadine interior roiling like the heart of a storm. Thorn-riddled vines twine about the base of the altar, twitching and shivering as if alive.
[The Black Temple, Pain]
The marble floors converge to form a pale, undecorated stone, its glossy contours diffused by the strange light permeating the area. Tall, ridged arches rise to the southeast, the lights from beyond the threshold bathing the area in a subtle, ethereal glow that softens all edges and keeps everything out of focus. Ivory thorns curve through the surrounding architecture, giving bloom to deep incarnadine rose blossoms -- the only brilliant dash of color upon the pristine environment.
[The Black Temple, Death]
The surrounding architecture flows out of the walls in spiked whorls, resembling a twisted cariacture of writhing serpents forever entwined in a tangled mass. Rippling candlelight casts creeping shadows across the floor, the darkness writhing against the ophidian designs inlaid upon the flawless marble. The northern end of the room is dominated by two cyclopean columns incised with serpentine spirals, their massive forms serving as the fangs of a huge serpent carved of obsidian, its maw framing an immense doorway.
[The Black Temple, Nexus]
Gargantuan doors crafted of shadowy ora rise to the south, their edges wrought with a creeping blackness that writhes and contorts in an ever-renewing spiral dance. Sconces line the walls flanking the massive entryway, their exquisite incarnadine highlights brushed with dashes of silver. Beneath the doors is a circle of immaculate insignias -- their cold, precise lines forming four symbols -- a three-headed serpent, an amber jackal's eye, a jagged black greatsword and a tattered incarnadine rose.
Charna places the ivory rosewhip within the groove beneath the incarnadine rose symbol, and its whiteness suddenly melts into the insignia, incorporating itself into the overall design within mere seconds.
[The Black Temple, Entrance]
The sky intermittently shifts from a sheerly alien sky to blazing sunrise and starless void in a hazy panorama of dizzying images. The dark floor underfoot shifts and ripples like a shadow in a flame with waves of irreality, and the massive towering form of the temple rises before you -- a twisted, black construct bedecked in spiked towers and shifting architecture that swirls and reforms itself constantly like liquid. Massive black ora doors tower to the north, immovable and silent.
[Temple of Pain, Threshold]
An expansive desert spreads outward, the raging winds of the vast expanse obscuring the forms of fields and fields of pikes in the distant dunes -- each holding a screaming victim, their wails heard even here above the howling winds. To the east, a haven of green lies, its towering ivory columns wrapped with shrouds of thorny vines and delicate rose blossoms. The sickly sweet smell of the flowers mingles with the scent of exposed organs -- creating a grisly aroma that hangs over the area like a fog.
[Temple of Pain, Pillars]
A single pillar rises to the northwest, its fluted, pristine surface unmarred by any blemish or defect. Chained to the ivory pillar is a ragged man, his clothes nearly falling off his obviously starved frame. Torches burn steadily around the man, highlighting his ribcage through his loose skin. You also see a sleek steel lever.
Kateerina pulls on the lever, and suddenly the flames rise higher, scorching the man hideously as they begin to consume his clothes, then his flesh. He screams out, "Naooo! Noooo! Just like in th' Landin! Naoooo! Naoooo!" Eventually, his screams become garbled as his neck is reduced to a bubbling tapestry of liquefied flesh, and just as it seems he's about to die, a hazy red energy rises out of him, dispersing the fire and restoring his body to new. It then flows southeast as a rumble of unleashed power races through your senses.
The man lifts his head up weakly, then lapses into unconciousness.
[Temple of Pain, Pillars]
A rippling pool of black water stands before a massive white column of ivory, its surface roiling and bubbling with wisps of boiling-hot steam. Intricate steel chains wrap around the pillar, forming a beautiful knotwork of metal that binds a helpless woman above the pool, her frail body mere feet away from the boiling cascade. The chains are gathered at the base of the pillar and connected to a small lever.
[Temple of Pain, Pillars]
A massive ivory column rises to the southeast, its flawless surface glistening against the heat of the desert sands. Wrapped about the pristine column are intricate patterns of gleaming chains, their edges honed to a razored edge. Dangling in the embrace of the chains is a bedraggled woman, her sobs barely heard. Set before the column is a spoked obsidian wheel.
Hakwea turns the spokes of the wheel, and immediately the chains go taut, pulling the woman's extremities outwards and fully snapping them off after a moment or two. As she writhes and cries out in agonizing pains, her stumps wiggling and gushing blood, her body is permeated by a hazy crimson energy that rises from her body and flows to the northwest.
You hear a thrum of power to the northwest.
As the woman falls silent, the chains rise up once more to place her arms and legs at the joints where they were severed. Within moments, the muscles rejoin and are instantly healed, though she remains in a blissful unconciousness, her sobs occasionally punctuating her otherwise peaceful slumber.
[The Black Temple, Fear]
Crystalline structures form an angular webwork of pure shadow whose interiors reflect glass-like shards of starlight. The strange structure seemingly grows out of the dark floor, its towering spires and jagged angles forming a central arch whose interior is filled with liquid shadows. The blackness within swirls, the vague silhouettes forming beckoning gestures against the darkness.
[The Black Temple, Rage]
The cold black marble resolves into the jagged columns of basalt, their surfaces giving off plumes of hot steam. The faceted, black angles of the igneous rocky spikes form strange tribal patterns upon the walls, their primitive appearance only further enhanced by the angry red glow bathing the area from below. An immense arch rises to the southwest, its surface rimmed in spiked tangles and sharp edges -- a deep incarnadine light laced with waves of heat rippling beyond the threshold.
Heat washes over you as you step through the arch and are engulfed in the bloody light...
[Temple of Rage, Threshold]
Black basalt columns rise like monstrous tentacles into the cavernous ceiling, and the angry red light of lava flowing beneath the floor filters in through hair-thin cracks that hiss with steam and heat. The air is blurry and sticky, punctuated by wisps of steam that lap at the air like hungry predators. The stench of sulphur hangs heavy in the humid air, and faint rumblings of the earth ripple along the ground.
[Temple of Rage, Magma Chamber]
A massive ring of bubbling lava encircles a dark steel altar devoid of any markings, its rippling crimson light dancing across the reflective surface in angry waves. Staked into the craggy ground in a circular border around the ring of lava are weapons of all types -- each dripping with an everlasting stream of blood that flows steadily into the fiery chasm, sending a sickly sweet smell through the chamber. Stalagtites hang like daggers from above, and hums of power reverberate outward from the altar.

Stalactites hang down in jagged waves along the domed ceiling, reflecting in fractured shards against the massive pool that stretches across most of the area here. A small opening to the endless sea opens up to the west -- yet the way is barred by a steel gate. Bubbles froth and foam in the massive pool, while luminescent slivers of green light flow toward it from several crystal veins lining the walls.
The silhouettes beneath the water intersperse among themselves, wrapping like millions of vines in an intricate dance.
The water suddenly boils rapidly as tentacles rise from the surface, each shrouded in a hazy black energy wrought with incarnadine streaks!
