Revoke the driver's CDL. Seriously. You needs be always doing a 'walk-around' before departure.

Right, that fucker wedged himself into the grill just waiting for the driver to take off...

They're saying he "hit" him as he was driving out of the lot... still a fuck up on the drivers part, not sure how he managed that though.

I'd say it's just as much a fuck up of the man in the chair. What idiot wheels himself in front of a semi.

I always laugh when in a parking lot when the wife is just barging through on foot and I'll say.. "watch where the fuck you're walking..."

Finally, another thing we can agree on. I hate fucking pedestrians, even though I'm currently relegated to the ranks of one right now.

That's an interesting statement from you, TheE. Totally not what I would have expected. (Not judging, just commenting on its unusualness for me)

Believe it or not, despite my liberalness, I believe in personal responsibility.

Oh it had nothing to do with that at all. Just the general sense that I got from you of pedestrians not deserving rights.

Oh they deserve rights.. it's just common sense to not walk out in front of a fucking car and expect it to stop.

Car > Pedestrian in the final solution.

As you put it.. something we agree on.

Agreed on that.

I think common sense disappears in most people when they are walking. Just today on the way home I saw a man and a woman with their baby walkin on the fucking side of the street with a sidewalk right next to them as cars are zipping and swerving by. I don't get it.
