Does the warding endroll affect the spell outcome or is it all or nothing?

At what levels below the caster do the following effects occur: Kneel or, Kneel and Immobility?

Is there deity specific messaging?

Does this work on constructs?

How much is the slow effect for those not immobilized?

What is the duration on the immobility/slow effect?

The stair continues at a gentle slope. Hairline cracks fan out from the center of several of the steps. Other than the cracks, no other damage is apparent to the steps. Moonlight washes over the stairway, bathing everything around in its pale glow. You also see a ghoul master that appears to be frozen in place and a ghoul master that appears to be frozen in place.
Obvious paths: southeast, northwest

Endrolls bolded.

10-11 levels above masters.

Koar follower but nothing to indicate that in the spell that I can see.

No idea about constructs.

No idea but frozen are very, very, very slow.

Duration seems to be approx 60 sec.

More clips coming.

Here, the top of the stairs begin. A pair of child-sized skeletons flank the stairway, each with arms raised straight above their heads towards the starry sky. Even in the strongest wind the two skeletons hold their unusual pose. You also see a ghost wolf that appears to be frozen in place, an arch wight that appears partially immobilized and an arch wight that appears partially immobilized.
Obvious paths: northeast, southeast

20+ above Ghost Wolves.

7 above Arch Wights.

In this case the arch wights seemed to have a slow like a Pious Trial. (2-3 sec added rt)

Level of course is a factor, but I am beginning to think end roll means more.

Level is the only thing that determines whether it gets bound or not.

The stair continues to curve as it ascends to the southwest. Lengths of rusted chain dangle from the railing like a curtain of iron. Flecks of rust swirl away from the chains with the night breeze. You also see a ghoul master that appears to be frozen in place, a ghoul master that appears to be frozen in place, an arch wight that appears partially immobilized and an arch wight that appears partially immobilized.

As long as you can't learn from them (your level - their level > 10), they will be bound even on a 101 end roll. 5-10 levels they're rooted in place and get a PT like effect, less then that it's basically Area PT.

Weak.

I was hoping it would be more outcome dependent. The outcome would be higher with more levels, obviously, but heavy training in spells would yield similar results at smaller level differences.

I think people would complain about the spell being overpowered it that was the case. Afterall it costs the same as bind and with 1612 paladins can generate a pretty good CS. It's a very good spell for assisting younger players though, really the best spell there is.

In the midst of the dark trees is a circular area surrounded by black and silver painted rocks. Inside the circle, all undergrowth, leaves and branches have been cleared and burned to leave only the bare soil. A pool of reddish-brown liquid had been spilled onto the soil in the center of the circle at some point in the past, leaving it slightly darker than the surrounding dirt. You also see a niirsha, a niirsha and a sacristan spirit.
Obvious paths: north, northeast, west

4 levels above Niirshas and 2 levels above Spirits.

The effect was a approximately 50 lowered DS. It lasted 60 seconds in this case.

I'm not disputing anything about levels in this clip, just effects. PT does not lower DS and they did not seem slowed.
