If you're into game music, try and attend a Play! Symphony:

It's a live orchestra and choir that does one heck of a job performing all of the classic game music as well as modern tracks as well. The highlight of the symphony was definitely when they played Zelda at the end and had the composer of the original Zelda theme song come up, the audience went crazy.

World of Warcraft's music was also amazing.

Minibosses are good, but I think their drummer sucks. He just sounds weak in most of their songs. No double bass either. Their guitars are top notch though.

The NESkimos however, they rock the house, drummer included.
