Never seen this in the Stronghold

Normally we kill them quickly, but they both genned at the same time and immediately did this.


An Illoke shaman turns to face an Illoke shaman, intoning a rumbling chant. The two figures raise their hands together, touching palms, and a sudden tremor shakes the area!

You hear the creaking and grinding of stone as a stone gargoyle comes alive right before your eyes!

Anyone ever seen this before?

Interesting, I know that a mystic and a shaman can summon a roa'ter, I didn't know two shamans could summon a gargoyle. In fact I don't even know what that gargoyle is.

What's even more fun is when they summon stone sentinels and the sentinels cast the circles and there are people who have never hunted them...and don't know what the circles do.

Oh yeah, plus you can drop expensive gems (diamonds and emeralds etc.) or a heart in the bowl before you do this to open the doors. I think that's right. It's been a very long time since I've been in the Stronghold.

They can summon any stone critter. Gargoyles, sents, elementals, trolls, giants, and roa'ters. I'm not sure on the Jarls and Elders, but I know they can get the elementals from the bowels.

Yes they can. And elementals can summon faceless clay beings x4. They all swing to purposefully Force-on-Force fuck those who aren't trained for it.

I think I've seen a log of that but I can't recall. Do they break away/die immediately after they've attacked?

Not immediately but very shortly after they break away.
They used to drop my DS by 100 easily.
