chinese finger trap tube - help

Anyone tell me how to get this damn thing off?

I knew what it was.. but I couldnt empty it out of the container it was in.. had to pick it up. Now I cant do ANYTHING! Cant even rub my crystal amulet in game.


He is holding a pure white gold tube, with both index fingers stuck inside it.
